Who sells, and to whom

These terms govern every paid conversion bought on this site from Souryan Augé, whose full identity, registration and address are on the legal notice. They apply to consumers and to professionals alike; where a clause exists only for consumers, it says so.

They do not govern the free tier, which costs nothing, promises nothing beyond what the site describes, and needs no account.

What is sold, and at what price

A payment unlocks an allowance of pages, not a single job. That is the whole of what you buy:

• €3 — up to 200 pages, with the verified cleanup pass included.
• €6 — up to 1000 pages, with the verified cleanup pass included.
• Above 1000 pages nothing is sold here. The engine is free software and can be run on your own machine at your own cost.

Prices are in euros and final: the business is not liable for VAT and charges none — “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”. No amount is added at checkout.

An allowance may be spent over several conversions and lasts 7 days from the payment. Buying again while one is still open adds the new pages to what is left rather than replacing it.

Ordering and payment

The price is shown before you pay, computed from the page count read from your file. Payment goes through Stripe Checkout, and the order is formed when Stripe confirms it to this site — that confirmation, and nothing else, is what grants the allowance.

No account is created and no card detail ever reaches this site or its database. Your browser holds one cookie, containing a random value that identifies nobody, and it is what presents the allowance you bought.

A payment that does not complete costs nothing and destroys nothing: no allowance exists until it is confirmed, and an abandoned one leaves nothing behind.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and electronic: the conversion runs in the request that asks for it and the result appears on the page. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

One case is not immediate: a large scanned document is processed in the background, and you are given a link that returns the result when it is ready. That link stays claimable for 24 hours and may be used more than once.

The result is not stored on this site, at any point. If you lose it, it cannot be sent to you again — only converted again, which spends the pages your allowance still has.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer buying at a distance has fourteen days to withdraw, without giving a reason. This purchase is digital content supplied immediately, which is the one case where that right can be lost.

So before paying you are asked to request that the conversion be performed straight away, and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once it has been performed. If you are not asked, the right is not lost — and pages you have not spent are refundable in any case, as set out below.

None of this concerns the free tier, where nothing is paid and there is nothing to withdraw from.

If something goes wrong

Write, describe what happened, and it will be looked at. A conversion that fails is not a conversion delivered.

Pages are counted against your allowance only after a result has actually been produced, so an interrupted or failed conversion costs you nothing. Pages you have paid for and not spent are refunded on request.

None of this reduces the legal guarantee of conformity a consumer has under articles L217-1 and following of the code de la consommation.

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in them deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which they live.
